In 2021, we took that banking DNA and applied it to a different problem: self-service automation at India's metro stations. We became the Official Technology Service Provider to BMRCL — Bengaluru Namma Metro. What followed was four years of building, failing, iterating, and building again. In the field. At the stations. With real commuters and real money.
We started with WhatsApp-based ticketing — built the interface to BMRCL's AFC systems with Yellow.ai and PayU, scaled it to 100K+ daily tickets. Then we designed and manufactured our own kiosks. TVM 1000, then TVM 2000 — deployed, tested, broken, fixed, redeployed. Nearly two years of continuous operations. 10K+ daily kiosk transactions. 99.9% uptime. PM Modi inaugurated our expanded deployment on the Yellow Line in August 2025.
Then came the TVM 4000 — the machine that issues a full-KYC, personalised bank card in 45 seconds. The first in India to do this outside a bank branch.
