Our 21.5-inch all-digital ticket vending machine delivers seamless QR ticketing, UPI payments, card network acceptance (RuPay, Visa, Mastercard), and NCMC card top-ups and balance checks. In service on Namma Metro's Purple Line since Q1 2025, and on the Yellow Line from its inauguration in August 2025.

The 2000 hangs on the concourse wall rather than standing on the floor — no footprint to allocate, no queue island to build around.

UPI, RuPay, Visa and Mastercard, plus NCMC top-ups and balance checks. No cash path, so no cash handling and no cash-in-transit.

Interface
32-inch touchscreen
Full HD PCAP multi-touch at 500 nits, on an impact-resistant panel. It carries the rider through the whole transaction without a counter.
Identity
Biometric scanner
STQC-certified biometric capture — the identity step, handled at the machine instead of a branch counter.
Output
Ticket printer
Tickets print from an 80mm thermal head and feed out through the slot beside the card recess.
Payments
Payment terminal
Chip, contactless and magstripe on one terminal — PCI PTS 6.x SRED certified, EMV L1 and L2 compliant, rated IP65 weatherproof.

Card printer
A full-KYC bank card, printed here by dye-sublimation at 300 DPI, edge to edge, and issued in 45 seconds. No branch visit.
Cash
Note acceptor
Spectral imaging checks each note for genuineness in two seconds, so riders paying in cash get the same journey as everyone else.

Cash vault
Validated notes stack below, 500 to 2,200 of them. The body around them is tamper-proof steel, under HD video audit and hardware-based encryption.
